I LOVE old houses! I mean, who doesn't? They have so much character and charm- things you don't often get in newer houses. But they do sometimes come with their own set of issues. That's very important to get an older house inspected for issues so that you can make an informed decision on whether or not you want to move forward with the purchase of the home. Your realtor can provide you with options on the type of inspections you may want to get as well as help you set up those appointments. Although, I'm not sure any inspectors can check for ghosts!
